Do not send card numbers, bank login details, or passport copies through the table form. Ask us if a term is not clear. We want you to know the full terms before you agree to them.
Call or email us if you need help. We can check the plan for your night and tell you what is still due. Do not pay until the key terms are clear to you.
What service does the website provide?
The website provides venue information, weekly event guides, a drinks menu, photos, directions, and a tool that prepares a table request for WhatsApp. Website content is not an offer that automatically creates a booking or guarantees entry.
A table request becomes a confirmed booking only when the venue replies through an official contact channel and confirms the date, table, group, arrival terms, and any price or minimum spend that applies.
Prices, menus, events, and availability
Published menu prices and schedules may change. A listed bottle, event, table, performer, promotion, or operating hour may be unavailable on a chosen date. Confirm live details with the venue before travelling or making a payment.
Any minimum spend, deposit, package, tax, service charge, or payment deadline must be stated in the booking confirmation. If a written confirmation conflicts with general website content, ask the venue to clarify before accepting or paying.
Entry, identification, dress, and conduct
Venue admission remains subject to applicable law, identification checks, capacity, safety, dress standards, guest conduct, and the terms in your confirmation. A table confirmation does not remove lawful entry or safety checks.
Guests must act lawfully and respectfully. The venue may refuse or end service where allowed by law for safety, misconduct, false information, property damage, or breach of confirmed conditions.
Payments, cancellations, and refunds
The public website does not collect card payments or automatically charge for a table. If a deposit or advance payment is requested through an official venue channel, review the written amount, recipient, cancellation deadline, refund conditions, and payment method before paying.
